How we handle the personal data you give us through this website.
The controller.
Peyman & Partners is a trading name of Kloned Gaming Consultancy Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 13573213. Registered office: First Floor, 3 Cumbrian House, 217 Marsh Wall, London E14 9FJ.
Only what the form asks for.
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, company and your description of what you need. If you choose to open the optional section, it also collects your role, jurisdiction and a link to materials. We collect nothing else. There is no analytics, no tracking and no advertising technology on this site, and we set no cookies.
To answer your enquiry.
We use your details to assess whether there is a fit, to reply to you, and to arrange an introductory call if there is. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We do not use your details for marketing and we will not add you to a mailing list.
The principal, and a partner only where relevant.
Every enquiry is read by the principal. Where your enquiry relates to a discipline covered by a partner, we may share it with that person so they can advise on fit. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Twelve months, unless we are working together.
If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement we delete it within twelve months. If it does, your details are kept for the life of the engagement and for as long afterwards as our professional and legal obligations require.
What you can ask us to do.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Ask us by email and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Form delivery.
The enquiry form is handled by Web3Forms, a form submission service operated by Web3Creative. When you press send, your answers are transmitted over an encrypted connection to Web3Forms, which stores them and forwards them to us by email. In data protection terms we are the controller and Web3Creative is our processor.
Web3Creative operates from India, and runs the service on Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner. Your enquiry is therefore transferred outside the United Kingdom. Web3Forms encrypts submissions in transit and at rest, and deletes submission data after at most three years. We delete enquiries that do not lead to an engagement within twelve months, from our email and from the Web3Forms account.
If you would rather not use the form, email us instead.
